Ingredients

6 Large Eggs Hard Boiled
• ¼ Cup Avocado
• 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Paprika for garnish
• Green onion for garnish
• Sesame seeds for garnish

  • Approved Paleo Mayonnaise

Instructions

1.   Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

2.   Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl along with the mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.

3.   Spoon the filling into each egg white and finish with garnishes.

Tips

  • The serving size is three whole boiled eggs.
