Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar, cane, white, brown, or coconut, or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Hot or Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract optional

** Don't get mad at me. While we love regular coffee as much as anyone, this recipe works best with instant coffee. In fact, instant coffee is what makes whipped coffee whipped. 

Whipped- Ice-Coffee

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the instant coffee, Sugar ,vanilla and hot/boiling water.
  • Whisk on medium-high for 5-8 minutes, or until super fluffy and caramel looking in color.
  • To assemble the iced coffee, add ice and milk of choice to a cup.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
